Ray has been working in the construction industry since he moved to the Yukon in 1973. He believes in customer service as a number one priority and often says that he’s been doing this work for so long now that he’s worked on your house, your parent’s house and grandparent’s house over the last 30 years. These days you won’t see Ray climbing too many ladders but he enjoys showing up on job sites to provide direction, oversight and coffee. He’s a great resource and teacher. “When you’ve been doing this work for so long, you don’t often see things that you haven’t seen before or don’t know how to fix. My job is to make sure your job gets done, and gets done right” – Ray Kitz.

Jonathan has been working with his father since he was old enough to start coming to job sites. His first job with his dad was manufacturing eavestrough - which he continues to excel at. Although his official title is Installation Manger, Jonathon wears many hats at Twin Peaks. When it is time for Ray to officially hang up his hat, Jonathon will take the reins.

Sarah joined the Kitz /Twin Peaks Family in 2010. Since 2010, Sarah has been engaged in mentorship program with Ray and Keith to learn everything there is to know about eavestrough and siding. When Sarah is not on the job site doing installations, she provides and coordinates all the safety and other training for the crew. “I’ve always been a big believer in safety, training and education in every facet of life. It is my goal to make the Twin Peaks family the safest and most knowledgeable eavestrough company operating in the Yukon” – Sarah Kitz.

The Twin Peaks crew refer to Keith as the “real boss”. You will often see Keith out doing estimates, helping customers, or mentoring the crew on job sites. Keith is diligent, courteous, knowledgeable and has been voted the “best-liked crew member” by our team 7 years in a row.

You won’t often meet Yvonne unless you have a question about your payment or invoice but she works as hard behind the scenes as the rest of the crew does on a job site. Yvonne ensures that we get paid, we pay our bills, and the pay-checks keep coming!
